Root Cause - Growing Cases of Harassment in Pakistan
We have seen a growing number embarrassment cases in Pakistan in recent years. And it has caused stir of debates about their cause and steps to reduce it, but all these debates go in vain and people forget about it after few days until a new case arises. One of the reason is lack of education and grooming of a generation. The young generation we have now (from age 15 to 20 years) are brought up under the shadow of social media and 24 hours screen time of television, and this screen time consist of immoral content from songs, movies to vulgar talk shows and immoral advertisement. Parents relied on screens rather then their own time and energy in upbringing their child and in result no values and morals were passed on resulting in a reckless generation that believes in doing actions without thinking about the consequences.
