Failed Public Security Pushing Pakistan backward

There are too many cases of murders in Pakistan from the savage murder of two brothers in Sialkot, to murder of Shahzeb; killing by Raymond Davis in daylight, and now recently murder of  a young boy Mlik Tahir, all these are the ones who got in news, there are many stories which remain untold. Public security in Pakistan has become one of the major crisis in the country where security forces have failed to perform their duties with diligence, resulting in unsafe environment for the citizens.

In Pakistan killing is allowed if you have enough money and links with high ranking government officials, we have seen in recent past where public pressurize to give justice to Shahzeb only to later see the murderer walking away with a victory symbol. Same was the case with Raymond Davis, and now this is exactly what will happen with guard of Abdul Qadir Gilani (who murdered a young boy because he was trying to overtake), as we yet have to see a murderer getting justice. A common thing about these murder cases is that these are not accidents but intentional and in front of many witnesses yet they get away every time in the end by pressurizing the victim's family and giving them money.

Question is, for how long this will continue, and is there any solution?

There are always solutions when there are problems, and this is a serious and growing issue in Pakistan. Its not about international propaganda, rather failure of security forces and government. Providing security to every citizen is the prime responsibility of government, which has been ignored as politicians in Pakistan have been asking votes by promising bread, butter and shelter (a promise which can never be fulfilled by any government). It is the right time to take it as a serious issue because it is the root cause of many political and economical crisis in the country.

Today police can't even use a stick against someone who tries to break the law but a man with a gun can kill any one, it shows the failure of institutions and policies.

Pakistan is moving backward from a civilized society to an outlaw country where anyone can shoot anybody without no reason what so ever and get away with it. If government is failed to overcome this crisis than it may reach to uncontrollable level.
